Food combos

Here’s the second post today designed to make mealtimes tougher. A nice feature about food combinations.

The art of food combining is the brain child of Dr. William Hay who after several years of medical practice found his own health in shambles. Suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease and weight gain, he decided to take a close look not only at what he was eating but how he was eating it.

Good news for vegans is that milk doesn’t combine with anything. Bad news for non-vegans is that carbohydrates and proteins don’t mix, but do cause wind, so macaroni cheese is out. As is beer and peanuts.
